This is a very nice stereo copy of the sixth US Beatles release on Capitol records. The black and rainbow label does have the "subsidiary" text, so it's not a first pressing from 1965 but it's instead a second pressing from 1969. Except for a small split in the middle of the spine and an obscured catalog # on front (due to a manufacturing misalignment), the jacket would be NM-.
